Currently the only announced pricing for the RDA Toolkit is the U.S.
pricing.  Pricing for countries outside the U.S. will be announced
closer to the launch date, but the Co-Publishers have committed to
maintaining price parity as much as possible throughout the world given
the constraints created by differences in currency and tax systems.
