Die Formulierung von Hugh Taylor kommt von den Papers zum IME-ICC5 
<http://www.imeicc5.com/>

Das Resultat des Treffens im August 2007 in Pretoria liegt noch nicht 
vor.  Das Statement soll im Frühjahr 2008 zum "world-wide review" 
veröffentlicht werden.
