Weder ist er schon da, der "full draft" - noch wurde bekannt, ob er
denn nun als solcher (in PDF) kommen wird oder als Online-Version (d.h.
nicht als zusammenhängendes Gesamtdokument).

Was aber schon da ist seit 28.10., das sind aktualisierte Fassungen
begleitender Dokumente:

Zu nennen und zur Kenntnis zu nehmen sind vor allem diese:

RDA Prospectus
   [Praktisch ein ausführlich kommentiertes Inhaltsverzeichnis.]

RDA Scope and Structure
   defines the scope and structure of RDA in relation to its underlying
   conceptual models (FRBR1 and FRAD2) and to two related metadata models
   (the DCMI Abstract Model3 and The <indecs> Metadata Framework4).

RDA Element Analysis
   provides a detailed analysis of the relationship between RDA and the
   two metadata models that are referenced in the RDA Scope and Structure
   document (i.e., The <indecs> Metadata Framework, and the DCMI Abstract
   Model).

RDA Objectives and Principles
   sets out the objectives and principles that govern the overall design
   of RDA as well as objectives and principles relating to the
   functionality of the data produced through the application of RDA.
