[dini-ag-kim-identifier] SWIB18 Breakout Session HTTP vs. HTTPS

Hello everyone,

We had this enlightening Breakout Session during SWIB18 together and I promised to wrap it up and store the results in the Wikispace of the German Competence Centre Interoperable Metadata (KIM). I now did:
