[CENL-EC] Agenda and papers for the EC meeting

Dear EC members,

Our next meeting will take place 18 September 2023, 12:00 – 16:00 CEST at the National Library of Sweden in Stockholm.

Please find attached the agenda (paper 01) for our meeting and most of the meeting papers (except of paper 03, 04, 05 and 11 which will be sent to you next week).

Below you will find information for your stay in Stockholm. Karin’s assistant, Elin Schierman, has been so kind as to give us information on how to come from the airport to the city:

From the airport, we recommend that you take the Arlanda express train,  https://www.arlandaexpress.com/. The journey takes approx. 18 min from Arlanda airport to Stockholm Central station.
At the Central station, you switch over to the public transport system SL, https://sl.se/en/in-english/getting-around/. The corresponding Metro station at the Central station is T-Centralen, and from there you take the Red Line no 14, towards Mörby Centrum or the Red Line no 13, towards Ropsten. You get off at the very next station Östermalmstorg and take the exit towards Birger Jarlsgatan / Stureplan. From Östermalmstorg station exit, it’s a 5 min walk to the National Library.

For those who arrive early: Elin made a reservation for Sunday, 18:00 at the restaurant Urban Deli<https://urbandeli.se/en/sveavagen>, that it is located at Sveavägen 44, 111 34 Stockholm.

I’ll send the Zoom link for Laurence and Sara in a separate mail. I am so sorry that you are not able to join us in Stockholm but we will do everything we can to ensure that you can participate well in the meeting.
