[Tp-legal] Paper zu abgeleiteten Textformaten

Dear all,

this is great news and I also think English should be fine.

I think 1-2 references to further readings about the TDM exception will 
be enough (and would be good).

I'd like to read it one more, in one stretch, but will try to do that soon.
