[Rda-info-liste] rda lists ala: LC-PCC PS 19.2.1.1.1 under 1.c)?

Sehr geehrter Frau Wiesenmüller,
sehr geehrter Herr Berger,

könnten Sie uns hier in Deutschland bitte an Ihrer Diskussion in der rda-l at lists.ala.org auf deutsch teilhaben lassen?

Dass die Amerikaner auf amerikanisch zuerst von bevorstehenden D-A-CH-Regelungen erfahren ist schon bemerkenswert.

Könnten sie bitte besonders die Erbsenzählerei rund um 19.2.1.xx in der ala-Liste hier auf deutsch erläutern? (Leider meldet sich Eversberg nur noch dort ab und zu  als Rufer in der Wüste zu Wort)

" body A (the commissioner) or B (the commissioned)"  habe ich leider gar nicht übersetzen können.
