I'm seeking information on what milestones/developments occurred with 
RDA, between the time in 2008 when the Library of Congress Working Group 
on the Future of Bibliographic Control recommended suspending work on 
RDA, and the time 2010 when RDA was published.

Can someone point me to websites or articles that talk about that time 
period?
