[Metafacture] Mailing list renamed

As you may have already noticed this mailing list has been renamed from metamorph at lists.d-nb.de to metafacture at lists.dnb.de. This change was made as this list should be used for the discussion of all Metafacture related issues. It is not specific to the Metamorph transformation language.

Please do not forget to update your incoming mail filters and address book entries. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
