Hallo Steffen,

danke fürs Nachfragen. Ich versuche mich mal an einer Zusammenfassung:

- CC BY ist Standard beim EU Publications Office
- Metadaten können optional auch unter CC0 publiziert werden
- Die EU Vocabularies werden unter CC BY veröffentlicht. Könnten aber 
auch – versteht man sie als Metadaten – unter CC0 veröffentlicht werden.
