Wie könnte man denn hier bitte der Meinung sein, dass du Daten von
Google veröffentlichst? Die einzigen Daten die ich sehe (von der
Information abgesehen, dass Google eine Subdomain namens maps betreibt),
sind Koordinaten. (Noch) gehört Google das Koordinatensystem unseres
Planeten nicht und kann seine Nutzung auch keiner Lizenz unterwerfen.

Ich kann mich Lars' Ausführungen nur anschließen. Das Setzen eines Links
auf ein Angebot eines Urhebers ist immer erlaubt. Dazu gibts auch
genügend Urteile, auch im gefürchteten amerikanischen Rechtssystem. Aus
Wikipedia: The court also concluded that URLs themselves were not
copyrightable, writing: "A URL is simply an address, open to the public,
like the street address of a building, which, if known, can enable the
user to reach the building. There is nothing sufficiently original to
make the URL a copyrightable item, especially the way it is used. There
appear to be no cases holding the URLs to be subject to copyright. On
principle, they should not be." [1]

Einschränkungen gibt es nur in den Fällen, in denen man Inhalte einer
fremden Webseite als seine eigenen ausgibt, z.B. in einem Frame. Die
Gefahr besteht allerdings bei Linked Data nicht.
