It's great that you're joining us on Sunday evening! This is actually what I wanted to find out from everyone. As we agreed on the date of the meeting, I am sure that everyone will be able to make it to Luxembourg.

I will join the meeting in September. I am staying in Hotel Mercure Luxembourg Off kirchberg (seem to be the exact name). Looks like 20 minutes walk to the National Library.

I hope this finds you well.

As agreed, the next EC meeting will take place in Luxembourg on 29 September 2025.

Hotels in Luxembourg tend to be rather expensive. Here is some brief information for you.

Our colleagues from the NL of Luxembourg have negotiated favourable terms with the Hotel Meliá for the 2026 AGM.
Ideally, we would have liked to try out the hotel in September, but that would only be possible at significantly higher prices.

Therefore, it makes sense to choose a different hotel in September. The following hotels are located in the Kirchberg area and thus close to the library:

https://mamashelter.com/luxembourg/  (300 m walk to the tram station, 3 stops by tram, about 10 minutes)
https://www.bestwestern.fr/en/hotel-Luxembourg-Best-Western-Grand-Hotel-Victor-Hugo-95442 (6 stops by tram, a ride of about 10 minutes)

We recommend that you make soon your hotel reservations. DNB colleagues will try to book rooms at the Coque Hotel, which you will find at the top of this list.

We will come back to you soon regarding dinner on Sunday evening. In the meantime, could you please let us know whether you will be able to join us?
