I agree with the minutes. I also propose to add short clarification in the Item 5 to stress the point:
Recent text:
“During the meeting the description of the EKN Grant on the website was discussed. A revision should be considered in order to focus more on the co-operation between the CENL member libraries.”

Proposal:

„During the meeting the description of the EKN Grant on the website was discussed. A revision should be considered in order to focus more on the co-operation between the CENL member libraries and on the projects and relevant issues that include more than just two libraries.“

Dear colleagues,

I hope this finds you well.

As the current EC will be no longer be in office after the AGM, I am sending you the minutes of the last meeting.
It would be great if you could confirm whether you agree with the minutes or send us any changes you would like to make by the end of next week (30 May 2024).

In any case, the EC members have to approve the minutes before the start of the business meeting at the AGM.

I am sorry for these formalities, but this time we want to be on the safe side regarding the amendment of the CENL statutes.
