[CENL-EC] Minutes of EC meeting

Dear colleagues,

I hope this finds you well.

As the current EC will be no longer be in office after the AGM, I am sending you the minutes of the last meeting.
It would be great if you could confirm whether you agree with the minutes or send us any changes you would like to make by the end of next week (30 May 2024).

In any case, the EC members have to approve the minutes before the start of the business meeting at the AGM.

I am sorry for these formalities, but this time we want to be on the safe side regarding the amendment of the CENL statutes.
