Betreff: Concerns regarding resource allocation to the EUIPO Out of Commerce Works portal

Dear Mr. Negrao,

I am writing on behalf of a group of organisations led by the Out of commerce works working group of the Europeana Network Association. All of these organisations are using or will be using the EUIPO out of commerce works portal.

We strongly rely on its successful development in order to benefit from the Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive's out of commerce works solution. However, we have concerns that insufficient resources are being allocated, which will hamper our activities and objectives.

In view of the open consultation on the Strategic Plan 2030<https://www.euipo.europa.eu/en/the-office/governance/strategic-plan/sp2030>, please find attached a letter with more details on this matter.

We remain at your disposal for any further information you might need.
