[CENL-EC] Next EC meeting in Stockholm

Dear Susanne and All,
I am able to participate in the face-to-face meeting in Stockholm. Last year Frankfurt was not possible for me, so I planned this year physical meeting well in advance. Of course, if majority decide that we'll meet online, it is OK.

Dear Laurence, dear all,
You are right that we agreed on one physical meeting per year (besides the AGM) - starting next year. We also agreed to keep the face-to-face meeting in Stockholm.
At the end of the day, it is up to the EC members to decide how and where we meet. But we also need planning certainty - both for the host and for those of you who are preparing, or have already prepared, to travel.
So I ask you all to let me know by 8 August whether you will be travelling to Stockholm or whether you will only be able to participate online.

Dear Susan, I am indeed surprised as we said in Paris that it should be difficult to admit un 2 hours metting with physical travels mots than once a year … but i certainly misundestood.

After receiving some questions about our next EC meeting, I would like to inform you that we are planning our next meeting - as discussed in Paris - as a face-to-face meeting at the National Library of Sweden in Stockholm.
Karin has kindly invited us to her library and also sent some hotel suggestions which I am happy to pass on to you.
She mentioned that there are plenty of hotels really close to the national library. As she did not test them, she cannot really recommend one of them.
