Dear members of the Executive Committee,

Please find attached the draft minutes of the AGM in Ankara (Paper 03) and an updated version of Paper 07 for our meeting next week. The other paper(s) will follow in the course of the week.

Unfortunately, Hans won’t be able to join us as he is on a long study trip, and Ivanka cannot join us either as we learned just yesterday. This is such a pity, on the one hand because of this being our first meeting in person, and we are very much looking forward to it. One the other hand, in a physical meeting we also hope to have more time to discuss some of our issues more deeply . Janne will join us via video as she must leave the meeting early.

At any rate, we are very much looking forward to meeting again those of you who will attend our meeting in Frankfurt. And, we hope that we will be able to welcome the whole group in Frankfurt for one of our next meetings, soon.
