[CENL-EC] Private addresses for ING

Dear EC members,

the former secretariat at the British Library and we at German National Library are still struggling to get the responsibility for the bank account at ING completely transferred to us.

ING wrote to us and asked for the private addresses of all legal representatives of CENL (i.e. the EC members). You did send your private addresses already to me for the UBO register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

Now, our law firm Nauta informed me that they are not allowed to share this information (under GDPR rules) as this concerns private data.

Hence, I would like to ask you for permission to send your private address to the ING bank.

I am looking forward to your agreement (hopefully) and really do hope that we can finish this bank account matter, soon.
