Wie schon angekündigt, hat man die Grundstruktur der geplanten
RDA-Regeln nochmals stark verändert.
Das neue Layout kann jetzt im überarbeiteten "Prospectus"

Innerhalb der Kapitel sind weitere, zahlreiche Abweichungen von
der bisherigen Struktur zu finden. Ein neuer Gesamttext zu Teil A
steht noch aus.

Ein Entwurf zu Kapitel 6 und 7, bisher erwartet als Teil II, wurde
erstmals vorgestellt:

Wichtig ist hier das Konzept "Citation", was als Werkbenennung
zu verstehen ist, also ein normierter Hinweis auf ein anderes Werk
(pardon, eine andere "resource"). Wie diese normierte Form genau
auszusehen hat, soll dann in Kap. 13 stehen.
