<span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-size: 13.3333px;">„Das Positionspapier findet seinen Ursprung im von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) geförderten und von DINI initiierten Projekt ORCID DE, das die Förderung und Verbreitung der Open Researcher
and Contributor ID (ORCID) zum Ziel hat. Das Positionspapier ist das Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit von 14 Mitgliedern der DINI- Arbeitsgruppen Elektronisches Publizieren (E-Pub), Forschungsinformationssysteme (FIS) sowie Kompetenzzentrum Interoperable Metadaten
(KIM), die ihre unterschiedlichen Perspektiven auf die Herausforderungen und Lösungen in Bezug auf die Autorenidentifikation in dieses Positionspapier eingebracht haben. Dieser Ansatz verfolgt einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf das Thema Autorenidentifikation
an wissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen in Deutschland. Das Positionspapier soll den Informationsinfrastrukturen dieser Einrichtungen einerseits eine strategisch-orientierte, andererseits eine technisch-praxisorientierte Handreichung und somit Hilfe bei der Implementierung
